Self-Empowerment: Responsible Choice
Responsible Choice

"Every choice you make brings a different experience into being, adn you cannot stop choosing. Therefore, you cannot stop creating. From the perspective of your soul, the choices you make are one with who and what you are. People who do not understand the magnitude of their creative power, and do not use it consciously, see themselves as victims. Their attention is directed outward, finding faults, advantages, opportunities, failures, and successes."

"A creator experiments with his life"

WHICH TRAIL WILL YOU CHOOSE

1) List a few or your recent decisions. They can be decisions about what you chose to say to a friend when you were upset, as well as decisions about other activities.

2) Consider each one of your decisions as a choice of a trail. Think about other choices you could have made. Imagine these trails you could have taken. Write yu reflections on these choices.

3) In a larger sense, ask yourself if the trail you are on now is really the one you want to take. If so, describe why. If not, describe who not.

A VICTIM BLAMES OTHERS, JUDGES FRIENDS AND PITIES THEMSELVES. a CREATOR IS GRATEFUL FOR THE LESSONS THEY LEARN. THEY SEE THAT THEY ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHOICES.

I am Responsible for My Choices

4) Say these words to yourself: "I am responsible for the choices I make and the consequences they create."

If you aren't ready to say these words with commitment, say to yourself "I am willing to look at the possibility that I am responsible for the choices I make the the consequences they create" 3 times.

When you repeat the words, notice the physical snesations you feel in the areas of your throat, chest, and solar plexus. Describe what you are feeling.
