So many conflicting diagnosis
Today's appointment!

Ok so now im frustrated and upset sort of and just plain confused. I go to the physio therapist and he gives me a diagnosis that I pulled some ligaments in my back and my back has basically healed except now they are weak which causes pain and they are weak due to posture which causes pain. In theory I understand what he is saying but my posture is bad because of the pain. I want to sit right but cant cause it hurts to bad. I try to support myself where I can and unfortuantely that leads to not having good posture. I feel like im in a no win situation. I dont purposly do some of the things im doing its just my body reacting to the pain it has been in for 6 months now. Some days I feel like I am going out of my mind and that this pain will never end.

SO lets see. I have seen my own doctor... I saw another general practioner while my doctor was away. I have seen a chiropractor I have seen a massage therapist I have seen a bone and joint specialist and now a physio therapist and basically all of their diagnosis' are different and all their treatment is different. What am I to do, what treatment will I do, and who is actually correct. HOw can every persons medical opinion be different.

I did ask the physiotherapist about the weight thing. He said there were studies done and the studies proved that weight has no bearing on the pain and injury of a persons back. My pain was caused from an injury and not my weight. My muscles are weak and therefor the extra weight puts a little more strain on the muscles which cause a little more pain but the reality is that my weight has very little to do with my back pain. He said "Look in the gym" THere were about 15 people in there "No tell me how many (fat) people do you see in there" I told him none. He said "thats right. Now lets say your theory of fat people have bad backs then you would see all fat people in here and no skinny people" I kind of got it. An injury is an injury regardless of size it can happen to anyone and weight has very little to do with it.
