Just a quick note to let people know that YES I am finally below the 200 lbs mark. I weighed in a 198 just the other day. I guess I have come a long way from the starting weight of 330 lbs. WOOHOO me. Oh and I will soon be having the surgery to remove the excess skin from my arms. Probably just after Christmas once things settle down here. Anyways gotta go just thought I would let you know that no I was not dead and that yes I am still losing weight just slowly...CIao
